Kenneth Walker III Wins Super Bowl MVP
Kenneth Walker III had an awesome 2025 season as the Seattle Seahawks’ running back. He rushed for 1,027 yards during the regular season and was one of the best players on his team all year long. He helped the Seahawks win a lot of games and get into the playoffs.
Playoffs and Big Games
In the playoffs, Walker was even more amazing. In the Divisional Round against the San Francisco 49ers, he had a huge game with 116 rushing yards and three touchdowns that helped the Seahawks win 41–6.
Super Bowl LX Performance
Then came Super Bowl LX, the biggest game of the year. Walker ran the ball 27 times for 135 yards and also caught two passes for 26 more yards. His strong running was extremely important and allowed the Seahawks to get strong field position all night. They went on to beat the New England Patriots 29–13.
Historic Super Bowl MVP
Walker was named the Super Bowl Most Valuable Player (MVP). He made history because he was the first running back to win the Super Bowl MVP since Terrell Davis did it in 1998. That means no running back had won it in nearly 30 years!
Why It Matters
This season showed that despite inconsistent play, Walker is one of the best running backs in the NFL. He worked hard all year, helped his team win big games, and got one of the most awesome honors in football, Super Bowl MVP!
