Orioles vs Guardians Recap: Guardians win with late surge

The Orioles' offense stayed quiet through the first four innings, unable to generate much momentum against Cantillo's pitching.

Everything changed in the fourth inning when Cleveland's bats came alive. However, Ramírez blasted another home run in the bottom of the fifth, extending Cleveland's lead to six to four. In the eighth inning, Rocchio delivered the knockout punch with a single to center field, scoring two more runs. When the game ended, Cleveland had won decisively, eight to four. The Guardians improved to thirteen and ten, while the Orioles fell to ten and twelve after suffering their second straight loss.
