Detroit brought starting pitcher Framber Valdez, a two-time All-Star, to the mound against Cincinnati's Andrew Abbott. The Reds' offense, led by star Elly De La Cruz, hoped to bounce back after losing to Tampa Bay 6-1 on Wednesday. However, the Tigers came out swinging and built an early lead. By the end of nine thrilling innings, Cincinnati pulled off an incredible comeback to win 9-8. The game delivered dramatic home runs, crucial defensive plays, and heart-pounding moments that kept fans on the edge of their seats throughout the night.
