NBA All-Star Weekend takes place from February 13–15, 2026 in Inglewood, California. For three days, the best basketball players in the world come together for exciting games and contests.
Celebrity Game
The weekend tips off with the Celebrity Game on Friday night. Famous actors, musicians, and athletes play in a fun basketball game. One of the big names playing this year is Amon-Ra St. Brown, an NFL star trying his skills on the basketball court. The game is all about fun and entertainment.
Rising Stars
Also on Friday is the Rising Stars Game. This event features the NBA’s best rookies and second-year players. Two exciting young players to watch are Cooper Flagg and Ace Bailey. These future stars compete in a fast-paced game that gives fans a glimpse of the league’s future.
Slam Dunk Contest
Saturday night brings the famous Slam Dunk Contest. Players show off their best high-flying dunks in front of judges and fans. One exciting participant this year is rookie Carter Bryant, known for his athletic ability. Players are judged on creativity, power, and style.
Three-Point Contest
The Three-Point Contest also happens on Saturday. Shooters compete to see who can make the most shots from behind the arc. Damian Lillard, out for the season with an Achilles tear, is one of the top names in this event. It’s a test of focus and shooting skill.
The All-Star Game
On Sunday night, the weekend ends with the NBA All-Star Game. Superstars like LeBron James and Jalen Brunson take the court in a special USA vs. World format. It’s a high-scoring, exciting game that celebrates the best players in basketball.
